    Your Life as a BCBA/BCaBA

    You will utilize your skills in conducting functional assessments and learning needs assessments, develop behavior plans, and teach functional skills. You will organize, review, report, and maintain data collection for our ABA program. Evaluation and recommendation of intervention goals and strategies based on factors such as client preferences, supporting environments, risks, constraints and social validity. Monitor client progress and treatment integrity. Ensure the delivery of quality services in the associated settings through supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians. Analyzes data to determine clinical treatment needs and recommendations for ongoing services. Collaborate with other client service providers to support client treatment and goals.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s serving Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and LABA (BCaBA)
    • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and LBA (BCBA)
    • Knowledge of BACB regulations
    • First Aid/CPR Certified
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Professional demeanor
    • Knowledge of acceptable social, work, and interpersonal behavior
