Attention Behavior Analysts! When the Regulations Governing the Practice of Behavior Analysis were written, they paralleled the BACB requirements for continuing education. Those requirements changed on December 31, 2014 and the Virginia Board of Medicine is adjusting the regulations to match. Please see the information at this link and be prepared to make public comment, beginning 11/30/15 and ending 12/30/15. It is important that the Board of Medicine hear from us that we are in support of this change. You may also want to mention that no other changes to the regulations are necessary.
