Where leadership meets purpose—and entire systems of care are transformed.

About the Role
This is more than a leadership position, it is an opportunity to shape not only individual lives, but an entire system of support for others. As a Lead BCBA / Center Director, you are the clinical and cultural cornerstone of the clinic. You guide supervisors and technicians to provide quality, meaningful care. You will also support the administrative and operational function in your clinic.
In this role, you move beyond direct service into vision, mentorship, and impact at scale. You ensure that every client receives exceptional, compassionate care, while building a team that feels supported, inspired, and aligned in purpose.
Every decision you make influences outcomes—not just for one client, but for an entire community.

What You’ll Do

Lead Clinical Implementation
• Oversee all clinical programming to ensure services are ethical, evidence-based, and individualized.
• Review and guide ISPs, BIPs, assessments, and program modifications.
• Ensure treatment fidelity, data accuracy, and meaningful progress across all clients.
• Maintain a manageable caseload (approx. 2–4 clients) while overseeing broader clinical operations.Build and Develop Your Team
• Mentor BCBAs, student analysts, and behavior technicians with intention and care.
• Create a culture of growth, accountability, and clinical curiosity.
• Provide supervision that goes beyond requirements—developing confident, skilled clinicians.
• Lead trainings, team meetings, and ongoing staff development initiatives.
Drive Center Operations & Growth
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of clinical staff.
• Collaborate on company growth initiatives, program expansion, and service development.
• Maintain balance between clinical quality and operational efficiency.
Empower Families & Communities
• Ensure caregiver training is meaningful, accessible, and impactful.
• Build strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners.
• Advocate for client dignity, safety, and access to meaningful life experiences.
Model Ethical & Humanistic Care
• Uphold HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and all regulatory standards.
• Foster a culture where compassion is just as important as competence.
• Ensure every client is treated with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
Who You Are
• A leader first, clinician always.
• Deeply committed to the belief that behavior is communication.
• Able to balance high-level oversight with meaningful human connection.
• Passionate about mentorship, culture-building, and team development.
• Driven to create systems that support both client success and staff well-being.
• Energized by growth—not just of clients, but of people and organizations.

• Annual Salary:
o $100,000 – $110,000+ (W2) depending on experience, leadership scope, and structure
• Paid semi-monthly with standard withholdings
• Billable expectations: 80-90 hours/month, adjusted for leadership responsibilities
This compensation reflects clinical leadership, operational oversight, team development, and long-term organizational impact.

Work Structure & Expectations
• Hybrid flexibility: Mix of work from home and in-clinic.
• Caseload oversight + center-wide clinical supervision
• Participation in leadership meetings, trainings, and strategic planning
