BCBA and BCaBA Position

We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to provide services to our existing and incoming clients within a variety of funding sources throughout Virginia, including Alexandria, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William, and Fairfax Counties, and Williamsburg, Richmond and the tri-cities area. Behavior Analysts at Family Priority LLC enjoy incredible flexibility. Want to expand your supervision experience? Need to fill your morning or early afternoon schedule? We have opportunities to supervise bachelor’s and master’s level staff providing direct services. Want to keep your clinical skills fresh? We have clients who are funded for direct services and parent training done by BCBAs. Combine these roles and build a dynamic caseload to best meet your professional development and scheduling needs! Behavior Analysts are responsible for completing clinical assessments, functional assessments and functional analysis, writing appropriate goals and objectives, writing interventions, creating data systems, reviewing and analyzing data, documentation, providing direct service (if applicable to case load), parent training and supervising Behavior Assistants. Many Behavior Assistants are participating in a program for BCBA/BCaBA certification
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.• Board certification (BCaBA or BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.• Licensure as LBA from the Virginia Board of Medicine.• Experience with children on the autism spectrum• One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
