Become a provider through EPSDT (Medicaid)

by | Apr 29, 2015 | Medicaid, News

Attention all LBAs and LABAs:

Changes from DMAS in the EPSDT manual now make it possible for Licensed Behavior Analysts and Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts to be providers (through Medicaid) without having to go through DBHDS licensing.

Create a login through DMAS.  From there you can find more information, such as the provider manual (Provider Resources/Provider Manuals/Provider Manuals/EPSDT Manuals/EPSDT6 Behavioral Therapy).

To apply, fill out this form.

Please be patient as there are always issues when systems change.

Update: Since January 2018, it is necessary to do the above, as well as become credentialed and contracted with at least one (but up to all) of the six Medicaid MCOs.  See further posts on Medicaid for more information.
