In July 2016, the Governor approved a change to the Board of Medicine (BOM) Regulations that govern behavior analysis with respect to the number of continuing education credits needed. When the regulations were first approved, they followed the BACB requirements. The BACB changed their requirements in December 2014 which no longer matched the BOM regulations.
