Changes in EPSDT (Medicaid) Requirements for Behavior Analysts


Exciting News!

Attention all LBAs and LABAs:  Changes from DMAS in the EPSDT manual now make it possible for Licensed Behavior Analysts and Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts to be providers (through Medicaid) without having to go through DBHDS licensing.  Here are some links to relevant information:

Next steps are to sign up through Magellan of Virginia.  Fill out and fax in this form.  We will also need to make public comment on the regulations when it gets to that stage.  Please be patient as there are always issues when systems change.  Feel free to contact Christy Evanko at or 804-310-1128 if you have any questions.
