    Board Certified Behavior Analyst 

    We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst who can demonstrate a strong propensity for leadership and effective program oversight. The candidate we seek must be passionate about serving individuals with ASD, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. They must be clinically sound and possess a broad understanding of ABA treatment modalities.

    Job Qualifications  

    •  3-5 years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and other developmental or intellectual disabilities 
    •  A minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field  
    •  Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (in good standing) 
    •  Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine  
    •  Working knowledge of BACB guidelines  
    •  Working knowledge of Government and Commercial payer guidelines 
    •  First Aid/CPR Certified  
    •  Effective communication skills  
    •  Ability to work independently  
    •  Professional demeanor  
    •  Knowledge of acceptable social, work, and interpersonal behavior
