Conduct ABA assessments (e.g., Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLSS-R, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), etc.) to assess new and existing client skills to write individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans • Analyze and interpret data to monitor client progress & make data-driven treatment decisions • Author reports to update the treatment team on client progress toward goal achievement • Provide clinical training, support, and supervision to a small team of BTs and serve as their direct manager • Support BTs through the process of becoming a RBT • Provides direct ABA therapy as needed to clients
