BBS is a small clinician-owned company that emphasizes professional development and clinical support. BCBAs at Blossom provide a mix of direct services, supervision, parent involvement, and mentorship to other clinicians when appropriate. Clinical Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain BCBA and LBA certification and licensure
Select and conduct assessment based on learner profile and individualized needs
Develop individualized treatment plan based on initial and ongoing assessment based on specification of funder requirements
Maintains funder required documentation of service delivery
Develop data collection systems to monitor progress of treatment
Provide direct 1:1 services, supervision of RBT, and facilitate parent/caregiver involvement
Collaborate with caregivers and related professionals as needed to make treatment decisions
Communicate regularly with the family via the expressed preferred method
Participate in clinical reviews with Clinical Directors
Use CentralReach for scheduling, program development, and data collection
