Family Priority Hiring Director of ABA Office in Fairfax, VA

We are currently hiring a Director of ABA Services of Our Northern VA office- to join our management team. Family Priority provide services to clients within a variety of funding sources throughout Northern Virginia, including Alexandria, Arlington, Loudoun, Prince William, and Fairfax Counties.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced BCBA who is interested in expanding their managerial responsibilities while continuing to facilitate exceptional ABA programming.
Requirements:
Board certification
Licensure as LBA from the Virginia Board of Medicine.
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience
Home-Based Experience
BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Responsibilities:
Assist in the overall management of a growing ABA program (hiring, training, staffing, oversight and growth)
Lead, supervise and mentor a team of behavior assistants, many of whom are preparing to sit for the BCBA exam
Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents in the home and community
