ABOUT Hi-5 ABA:
Hi-5 ABA’s mission is to improve the quality of life for children with developmental disabilities through ABA by helping entrepreneurial BCBAs build locally owned and operated practices that provide quality services. Hi-5 ABA is seeking an outgoing and conscientious BCBA with more than five years of field experience to build and operate a practice in Prince William County. This position has the potential of taking ownership of the operation once confident and equipped or becoming a consultant for other ABA practices.

ELIGIBILITY:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Significant experience with in-home ABA
It is required for the applicant to be in Prince William County or willing to relocate to Prince William County.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build out a team of technicians to facilitate conscientious ABA services for children.
Respond to referral source and client/family in need of services within 24 hours of receiving a referral.
Applicants must be proficient at the clinical application of in-home and in-clinic ABA with VA Medicaid.
Manage the entire client engagement process from referral to termination of services, including client intake, orientation, assessment, attaining a physician’s letter of necessity, authorizations, providing direct care, and reauthorizations.
Conduct staff meetings/supervision and training per insurance requirements for RBTs.
Maintain contact with referring agency on a periodic basis to discuss updates, progress, concerns, or provide feedback as defined by insurance or contract.
Adhere to all agency policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary for the successful operation of services.
Maintain Licensing, Credentialing, Board Certification, CPR, and First Aid Certification at all times.
Must be found eligible via a background check with the State, FBI, and CPS.
Maintain insurance authorizations for all active clients.
Assist with recruiting and maintaining BT/RBT personnel and their qualifications to fulfill insurance and clinical requirements.
Manage schedule of technicians to meet ISP.

COMPENSATION:
Compensation for this position is flexible based upon the supervised office’s billable hours, or on salary ($70,000-$90,000 before performance-based bonuses)

EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
Master’s
Proficient with CentralReach, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
