New Horizons Professional ABA Services is an in-home service company providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)therapy and support to families who have children with Autism and other developmental disabilities from ages 2 to 21.All Services are provided by Licensed Behavior Analysts, Trained ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians. All ABA Therapists and RBTs receive weekly supervision by a licensed BCBA or BCaBA.
We are currently offering a $1,000 sign on bonus.
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working with special needs children. Must be able to pass a background check, central registry check, and a drug test.
All in-home support providers must have strong behavior management skills and ability to work with and train parents / caregivers. Must be able to work independently and write notes professionally. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home services and follow the treatment and/or behavior plans developed by a clinical supervisor;
Utilize applied behavior analysis strategy, skill, and principles to train the individual being served in accordance with the established ISP goals, and behavior plans to affect positive change in the individuals served and their families;
complete anecdotal records and data sheets as established by the clinical supervisor;
expected to work directly with parents and the individual being supported and provide best practice recommendations in keeping with the treatment plan developed by a clinical supervisor;
