Virginia Autism Spectrum Services Seeks LBA in Harrisonburg

‘-Provide training for skill acquisition programs and behavior modification strategies to therapists and clients in the home environment, clinic and community setting in order to promote adaptive, social, and behavioral development.
-Complete and maintain documentation for client’s progress and programs including progress reports, assessments, ISP, SRA, discharge plans.
– Review client session/therapy notes and complete graphical analysis
-Conduct clinical supervision in session and occasionally via telehealth
-Develop, implement and monitor Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
-Educate family members/caregivers on the specific intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement in the client’s progress both in person and telehealth
-Coordinate with the individual, family, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to include Pediatricians/Primary Care Physicians, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and any other related professionals to develop strategies and goals for the individual’s service plan
