BCBA Positions

As a valued member of our Care Team, You Will:

Develop individualized treatment plans to increase desired skills and to decrease challenging behaviors
Work in collaboration with other team members to support each child’s success
Provide services in a variety of settings.
Provide one to one and group play based sessions
Collaborate with the BCBA team to provide insight into programming changes or suggestions
Maintain client clinical session notes and reports

To Become A Member of Our Nest We Need:

Supervision experience (preferred)
BCBA Certification
Reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members
