Role Summary:
Behavior Analysts serve as primary clinical leaders, overseeing staff and a client caseload. You’ll receive a work phone, laptop, and leadership support with room to grow. Our clinicians ensure effective clinical oversight, staff performance, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
– Oversee skill acquisition, behavior reduction, generalization, and parent training
– Provide supervision to clinical staff and clinicians-in-training
– Manage intakes, discharge planning, and insurance documentation
– Coordinate with other service providers
– Lead team meetings and trainings
– Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation
– Maintain ethical and evidence-based practice
Experience and Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in a BACB-approved field
– Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst
– 1+ year of supervision/management experience
– 2+ years working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders
