$7,500 sign-on bonus, $100K–$120K, mileage reimbursement, and manageable caseloads with real clinical autonomy. Galaxy ABA serves Northern Virginia and the greater DMV, and we’re looking for an experienced BCBA to oversee in-home ABA programs for our clients across the region.

This is a community-based, in-person role: you’ll travel to clients’ homes throughout Northern Virginia and the DMV area to conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and work directly with families, with a small amount of remote work for planning and documentation. We reimburse mileage and value clinicians who want hands-on, face-to-face impact with the kids and families we serve. Full-time clinicians carry a manageable caseload of 25–30 billable hours per week—we’d rather you do great work with your clients than be stretched thin.

What we offer:
$7,500 sign-on bonus
Salary $90,000–$115,000/year plus performance bonuses
Mileage reimbursement for client travel
Health, vision, and dental insurance
401(k) with employer match
Generous PTO and paid holidays
Professional development stipends
Career advancement opportunities

What you’ll do:
Travel to clients’ homes across Northern Virginia and the DMV area to provide on-site supervision and oversight
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress
Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy
Train and support families in implementing treatment strategies
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to drive client success
Maintain compliance with BACB ethical and regulatory standards

What you’ll bring:
Active BCBA certification (required)
Virginia LBA license required—if you don’t have it yet, we’ll help you get it
Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (this role involves regular local travel)
Experience supervising RBTs and running ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Full-time expectation: 25–30 billable hours per week.
