We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Lead Clinic BCBA to oversee our Chester, VA location. The candidate MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia.
Pay Rate: 90k – 97k with an opportunity for a sign on bonus!

What does a day at Hybridge look like as a Lead Clinic BCBA?
Oversee daily clinical operations within the ABA clinic
Manage clinic-based BCBAs
Oversee the daily implementation of clinic-based ABA programs for clients
Create Treatment Plans and Goals and Objectives for supervised clients
Provide clinical supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs, BTs, and trainees
Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services and treatment integrity
Conduct session observations, fidelity checks, performance feedback, and training
Support administrators with scheduling and staffing client programs
Lead staff training, clinic orientation, and ongoing professional development
Maintain strong communication with administrators, clinical leadership, and center staff
Collaborate with leadership to enhance client outcomes
Monitor staff performance and employee satisfaction
Foster a positive, supportive, learning environment for staff and clients
Utilize online data collection
Discuss the most current research in the field
