Paragon Autism Services provides an in-depth training program and mentors newly certified BCaBA’s and BCBA’s or BCBA’s and BCaBA’s with limited experience who wants to make a difference! This position is a unique opportunity to learn new skills needed with actual hands on experience and lead your own team as a Clinical Supervisor. Today our team has 48 clinical staff which consists of 9 BCBA’s and 5 BCaBAs all in leadership roles plus 12 more staff pursuing BACB certification. At Paragon Autism Services Clinical Supervisors are given the opportunity to lead a team of 4-6 full-time SALARIED Behavior Specialists. As a Clinical Supervisor with Paragon you will design treatment plans, make treatment decisions, create programming and provide on-site supervision/training. Working under the direction of the office Director of Intensive ABA Services (BCBA, LBA), Clinical Supervisors at Paragon oversee a client case load of 10-12 clients. Our Clinical Supervisors are provided with ample time to review data and create treatment plans, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Clinical Supervisors like all our full-time salaried staff work 35 billable hours per week.
All Clinical Supervisors at Paragon are full-time salaried employees who enjoy paid holidays, paid vacation, medical reimbursement and monthly cell phone stipend plus tuition/CEU assistance of up to $3,500 after one year. At Paragon we pride ourselves on our level of expertise and professionalism.
Paragon provides intensive ABA treatment to clients under the age of 21 diagnosed with autism, developmental delay and intellectual disabilities living in Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding counties. Services are provided in the natural environment to include in the client’s home and community. Paragon has a team approach, ensuring that our clients and their families receive the support they need. Our services include intensive one-on-one ABA treatment, case supervision, individualized treatment plans, functional behavior assessments, functional behavior analysis, collaboration with other service providers, parent training and educational advocacy.
