Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Fairfax and Leesburg

Job Type: Part Time/Contract Position

Reports To: Clinical Director

Position Summary
Join us at Roots to Blooms, a growing ABA provider serving children and families across Fairfax and Loudoun counties. We specialize in naturalistic, inclusive ABA services promoting growth, independence, and community integration for neurodiverse learners. We provide support within homeschool and micro-school environments, as well as in rural community centers and in-home settings, incorporating nature-inspired methods into our holistic approach.
We are seeking part-time compassionate and driven BCBA’s to join our team, providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals including work in assessments, direct support and supervision. This candidate must be skilled in developing and supervising ABA programs, and thrive in dynamic, person-centered environments.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments using validated tools
Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs
Monitor progress through data analysis and regular plan updates
Conduct weekly Parent Training Sessions to engage and support families
Work collaboratively with families, schools, and support systems
Deliver services in both clients’ homes and community settings (e.g., parks, recreational centers, etc.)
Maintain ethical, timely documentation and adhere to HIPAA and BACB guidelines
Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinical trainings

Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA, including in-home and/or community-based environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for community visits)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Familiarity with electronic data collection tools and ABA software
