We are currently seeking Independent Contractors for to provide outpatient therapy in a clinic model at St. Joseph’s Villa. Qualified candidates must be licensed in the state of Virginia as a BCBA, LPC, or LCSW.
Beginning with the signing of this Agreement, Contractor will provide outpatient services as scheduled by the Villa as from time to time requested by the Villa.
Contractor will be compensated in the amount of 60% for all revenue generated by Contractor’s professional services.
Professional services include:
Ethical clinical practices
Timely and professional documentation
Confidentiality and security of client records
Maintaining VA professional license in good standing
Agrees to submit information and proof of required background checks, in compliance with Virginia regulations to Human Resources Office
To inform Villa of any sanctions, complaints or impairments, etc. that may jeopardize Contractor’s ability to perform these services
Additional services beyond the scope of the services described above may be provided by Contractor only upon the advanced written and signed agreement of both parties.
Hours are flexible, but will be performed between Mondays and Fridays.
