The Behavior Doc is seeking certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to serve as case leads for clients receiving ABA services. BCBAs are primarily responsible for the assessment and treatment planning necessary to provide quality, data-driven behavior support to clients with special needs. Our analysts will work alongside treatment teams of RBTs and caregivers, offering supervision, caregiver training as well as direct implementation of treatment programs. We promote small caseload sizes and provide ABA services to clients where the behavior challenges and deficits are most prevalent: home, school, and community settings.
Only analysts with the BCBA certification will be eligible for this employment opportunity. Must be licensed as an LBA in the Commonwealth of Virginia. There are part-time and full-time opportunities available.
