    Clinical Coordinator (LBA, BCBA)

    We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and coordination for our Behavioral Treatment Services (BTS) program. Our BTS program serves children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities that impact communication, social skills, and behavioral functioning. This position offers an opportunity to work in a team environment where you will use your education, training and skills to supervise and train direct care staff, complete clinical assessments, oversee data collection/ analysis, drive treatment planning, offer parent education, and assist with program growth and development.


    • Master Degree in Human Services field
    • Must be a BCBA in good standing
    • Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia
