    Spectrum is currently looking for passionate, motivated and strategic professionals to join our team as we add additional service lines to our organization.   As we begin to make the transition to our new office in 2019, we want to ensure we have the right individuals in place as our ABA program grows and expands its services.  It is a great time to be a member of the Spectrum team!

    Our Behavior Analyst position is responsible for the overall scope of care of Spectrum clients, to include delivery of direct treatment. Responsibilities include the Clinical Assessment Summary and the Preliminary Treatment Plan as well as for developing and finalizing the Individualized ABA Treatment Plan. The Behavior Analyst duties also include the coordination of service delivery across all therapeutic modalities at time of intake, as well as maintaining such throughout the authorization period(s). The analyst develops initial treatment programs/behavior plans and coordinates schedules and resources to ensure the delivery of ABA therapy as proposed and authorized by Spectrum.  With the guidance and support of our Director of ABA Services and Regional Manager, analysts are provided with an environment conducive to learning and professional exploration.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing with the BACB as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Medicine.
    • Experience working with pervasive developmental disorders/autism spectrum disorders necessary.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance policy.
    • Valid CPR, First Aid and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification is required.
