I have 8 years of experience working in the ABA field and am extremely passionate about outcomes. I began my career working in the clinical setting providing intervention and treatment to individuals with severe challenging behaviors. I worked my way up from being a BT to an RBT to a BCBA. My areas of expertise include parent training, supervision/mentorship, and behavior skills training programs, and early intervention skills. Additionally, I have interest in cultural competence and addressing stress/burnout.
