Kendra McDonald, BCBA, LBA

Currently an Independent Contractor with Positive Reinforcement in Purcellville, VA, she designs intervention plans and provides specialized Caregiver Coaching for families of youth aged 3–15. She also provides Therapeutic Consultation for adults in residential and day programs. Previously, Kendra served as Regional Director for Little Leaves Behavioral Services, overseeing four regional centers. Her foundational career includes over a decade at The Arc of Loudoun as Clinical Services Director. She also created a copyrighted social skills curriculum serving youth up to age 18.
