Applied Behavior Analysts is a free-service ABA practice for Virginia families who get shut out by endless waitlists, diagnosis requirements, or not fitting traditional “therapy” criteria. As a trainee, you get what most fieldwork programs don’t offer: real BCBA-level work with real cases across varied populations, not just one narrow lane. You’ll support autistic and neurodivergent kids, caregivers working on day-to-day routines, teens and adults building independence, and older adults and caregivers needing practical behavior-based support. In this model, 100% of hours are considered unrestricted by the Board.
