Shantel Pugliese is an Assistant Director and Senior Behavior Analyst at The Faison Center. She received a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and has been a board-certified behavior analyst since 2012. She has worked in private and public schools as well as center-based and group home settings. Most of her career has been in the field of autism, either serving the individuals directly or training staff. Her career interests include organizational behavior management, staff development, and research with employees. From 2019-2023, she served as the Secretary of Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis.
