The Mea’Alofa Autism Support Center is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing the highest quality therapy to children with Autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. We have a growing, dynamic, dedicated and fun staff and a wonderful group of clients. We are looking to add responsible and passionate RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to our staff. These positions are full time with guaranteed hours from 8:15-5pm Monday through Friday.

Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, holiday pay, and paid time off packages are available for full-time employees. Some continuing education assistance is also provided. RBTs in pursuit of their BCBA can also receive free, high quality supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

RBT – Current Registered Behavior Technician Credential strongly preferred and at least one or more years experience working with children with autism is required
Behavior therapists/ RBTs must have a minimum of high school diploma plus at least some college experience in a related field (psychology, education, social work, special education, etc)
Initial and ongoing training provided
Must be responsible, punctual, have a good history of attendance, and be open to feedback
Must have great communication skills
Must have excellent play skills and an ability to establish rapport with children and families
Must be CPR or BLS certified through live coursework
Must have reliable transportation
Excellent communication skills, patience, great play skills, a history of good attendance, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team are a must!
