Darlene is the inaugural winner of the Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis Award for Excellence in Direct Service Provision!
Darlene Olivo-Cesar was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, but now resides in Virginia Beach and is happily married with two children. She is a Registered Behavior Technician at EMG Consulting and has 15 years of experience working with children with special needs. She has always had a passion for behavior analysis and helping to support others living fulfilling lives. Darlene is fiercely dedicated to making a difference in the lives of every individual that she works with. Having been an RBT since 2017, she has worked in clinic settings, in-home settings, and with various age groups. She also works as a kindergarten teaching assistant within the Virginia Beach Public School system. When Darlene is not working, you can find her with her family at a sports event or relaxing at home.
