I am able to provide supervision to individuals pursuing certification as a BCBA or BCaBA. I can also provide supervision to those who are maintaining a BCaBA credential. Due to the nature of the pandemic, I can only provide remote supervision at this time. See my bio to gain a sense of the work I've done and the areas in which I've worked. I would be willing to supervise individuals who work in similar settings.
Supervision services are focused on your professional growth and development, as determined by where you want to go with your career. I have experience with children and adults, in schools, communities, residential facilities, family homes, and group day programs. Whether you're looking into working with the general population or individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, I would love the opportunity to use my knowledge and experience to support your professional journey.
I am available for remote supervision for individuals that have a current position that allows for experience hours as well as on-site supervision for individuals that are local to my area. Supervision will be a mix of individual and group meetings along with observation of implementation of skills.

My company provides in-home and community based ABA/behavioral therapy services. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the clients, assist in parent/caregiver training as well as learn to conduct assessments, write behavior plans, programming, and data collection/graphing. There is potentially the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of school consultation. You will have access to at least two BCBAs during your supervision as well as access to RBT training and other helpful resources to become the best BCBA possible.
I currently work with people who are diagnosed with a tic disorder or Tourette Syndrome and am happy to share how I do this with people who are interested. I can also guide you to a workshop so that you can receive more training.
