- DBHDS Variances Announcement
DBHDS, in accordance with Part VI, Variances (12VAC35-115-220) of the Regulations to Assure the Rights of Individuals Receiving Services from Providers Licensed, Funded, or Operated by DBHDS (12VAC35-115), has announced a decision on an application for proposed variances to the Human Rights Regulations submitted to the State Human Rights Committee (SHRC).
The purpose of these regulations is to ensure and protect the legal and human rights of individuals receiving services in facilities or programs operated, licensed, or funded by DBHDS.

- DMAS Request for Public Comment: DMAS Form #460
DMAS and DBHDS are seeking public comment on potential updates to the DMAS Form #460 , Virginia Informed Choice Form.
This form is used across the Community Living, Family & Individual Supports, and Building Independence Waivers and plays a critical role in documenting individuals’ informed choice regarding services and providers.
